Refunds & cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for
and you are not charged again.
How to cancel
Open your account and choose Manage subscription. This opens Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can cancel, change your card and download invoices. You can also write to support@presentsmart.app.
Refunds
Payments already processed are not refunded for the unused remainder of a billing period, unless the law where you live requires it. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
Credits
Credits included with a plan are added at the start of each billing period. Their use and expiry follow the limits shown at checkout.
