Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PresentSmart AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PresentSmart AI helps create presentations, assessments, summaries, notes, flashcards, and learning activities from documents using artificial intelligence tools.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may use the service for educational, professional, and personal purposes.
- You must not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized confidential materials.
- Automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, and excessive system use are prohibited without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of materials you provide. Generated results are provided for your use, subject to applicable third-party provider terms.
5. Data and Privacy
- Materials are processed to provide the requested result.
- We do not sell your data.
- Use of the service may involve processing through third-party AI providers.
6. AI Output
Generated content may contain errors. You must review and verify all results before using them.
7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions follow the prices and limits shown at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made. Payments already processed are not refunded for the unused remainder of a period unless required by law.
8. Job Postings (Job Market)
The Job Market lets verified users publish paid job adverts. By submitting an advert you confirm:
- Truthfulness. All advert details (role, employer, location, salary or salary range, remote policy, application requirements) are accurate at the time of posting.
- Genuine opening. The advert describes a real, currently open position. Fishing posts, talent-pool ads with no specific role, and reposts of filled roles are not allowed.
- Lawful and non-discriminatory. The advert complies with applicable employment, advertising, and anti-discrimination law in the location where the role is based. You will not require characteristics protected by law (age, race, sex, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.) except where a bona-fide occupational requirement exists.
- No fees from applicants. You will not charge candidates application, training, equipment, deposit, or any other fees as a condition of applying or being hired. MLM, pyramid, get-rich-quick, and similar offers are prohibited.
- No misleading or scam content. Phishing for personal data, fake interview schemes, crypto-payment lures, wire-transfer requests, and impersonation of legitimate employers are strictly prohibited and will be removed without refund.
- Applicant data. If your advert collects applicant information (CVs, contact details, ID documents), you are the data controller of that information and are responsible for handling it lawfully. PresentSmart AI does not host applicant submissions and is not party to your hiring process.
- Duration and renewal. Adverts are published for the duration shown at checkout (typically 30 days) and do not auto-renew. After expiry the advert is removed from public listings.
- Moderation. We may review, edit non-substantively (for formatting), reject, suspend, or remove any advert that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We may do so without prior notice and without refund where the violation is material.
- Refunds. Advert fees are non-refundable once the advert is published, except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, refund or credit unpublished adverts that we removed due to policy violations on our side rather than yours.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify PresentSmart AI against claims arising from your job adverts, including claims from applicants, regulators, or third parties whose intellectual property or rights your advert may infringe.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PresentSmart AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
